I made this quilt over two years ago for my granddaughter, who was born in April of 2009. It can be considered a scrap quilt, since it contains 24 different fabrics. I machine pieced it, then had it machine quilted in East Lansing. It was given to her, on the day she was born along with a basket of books=8-) Graycen is now two years old - and loves to be read to.
